تطبيق OPS Ataa أداة عمل داخلية لمنسوبي عطاء التعليمية، تُستخدم لمتابعة الخطط التشغيلية واعتمادها وتسجيل التقييمات الربعية. التطبيق ليس مفتوحًا للجمهور، ولا يُنشئ حسابات بنفسه: الحساب يُنشئه مسؤول النظام، والعضو يدخل ببيانات تُسلَّم له.

ما لا نجمعه: لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا نتتبّع استخدامك خارج التطبيق، ولا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع إعلاني.
الميكروفون
يطلب التطبيق إذن الميكروفون فقط عند ضغطك زر التسجيل الصوتي لإرفاق ملاحظة على مؤشر. لا يسجّل في الخلفية ولا في أي وقت آخر، ويمكنك رفض الإذن ويظل باقي التطبيق يعمل كاملًا.
أين تُحفظ البيانات ومن يراها
تُحفظ على خوادم عطاء التعليمية. لا تُباع ولا تُشارك مع أي جهة خارجية لأي غرض تسويقي. ولا يراها إلا:
- العضو نفسه — ما كتبه
- المسؤولون في تسلسل الاعتماد — بحسب صلاحية كل عضوية، وبالقدر اللازم لمراجعة الخطة واعتمادها
- مسؤولو النظام — للتشغيل والدعم الفني
الطرف الخارجي الوحيد هو Google Firebase، ويستقبل مُعرِّف الجهاز ونص الإشعار فقط، لغرض إيصاله. (سياسة خصوصية Google)
مدة الاحتفاظ
يُحتفظ بمحتوى العمل ما دام الحساب قائمًا، لأنه سجل تشغيلي للمنشأة. يُحذف مُعرِّف جهازك فور تسجيل الخروج.
حقوقك
للاطّلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو طلب حذف حسابك، تواصل مع مسؤول النظام في منشأتك أو راسلنا على info@it-plus.co. نردّ خلال ثلاثين يومًا.
الأطفال
التطبيق أداة عمل لموظفين بالغين، وليس موجّهًا لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
التعديلات
عند تغيير هذه السياسة يُحدَّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، ويُخطَر الأعضاء داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير جوهريًا.
Privacy Policy — OPS Ataa
OPS Ataa is an internal tool for Ataa Educational staff, used to follow, approve and evaluate operational plans. It is not open to the public and does not create its own accounts: an administrator creates the account and the member signs in with credentials issued to them.
What we collect

What we do not collect: no location, no contacts, no tracking outside the app, and no advertising identifiers.
Microphone
The microphone permission is requested only when you tap record to attach a voice note to an indicator. Nothing is recorded in the background or at any other time, and declining the permission leaves the rest of the app fully usable.
Where it is stored and who sees it
On Ataa Educational's own servers. It is never sold and never shared with any third party for marketing. It is visible only to the member who wrote it, the approvers in that plan's chain — scoped to each membership's permissions and only as far as reviewing the plan requires — and system administrators for operation and support.
The single third party is Google Firebase, which receives the device token and the notification text solely to deliver it. (Google Privacy Policy)
Retention
Work content is kept while the account exists, as it is the organisation's operational record. Your device token is deleted the moment you sign out.
Your rights
To access, correct or delete your data, contact your organisation's system administrator or write to info@it-plus.co. We respond within thirty days.
Children
This is a workplace tool for adults, is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above is updated and members are notified in the app when the change is material.
